Dentistry Watch Questionaire 2007

Local Voluntary Organisations, together with Patient and Public Involvement (PPI Forums), are invited to join in this survey across Luton and Bedfordshire to assess NHS dental services as part of a pilot for the new Local Involvement Networks (LINks) which are due to be set up on 1 April 2008.

The results of this survey will be collated into a report which will be published at the beginning of February 2008 by the Luton and Bedfordshire PPI. A copy of the final report will be sent to all organisations that have taken part in this project, with a request that it be made available to their members/contacts.

The PPI would like to hear your opinions and experiences of dental services and would be grateful if you could complete their survey as fully as possible. It should take no more than 7 minutes.
