Direct Payments Officers (Financial Recovery) x2 Part time - 18.5hrs a week Salary £20,099 - £22,122 pro rata. Pay review pending. Both posts are 1 year fixed contracts.

Job Purpose:The successful candidate, based within our Dunstable office and covering our Luton service, will assist service users living in Luton to keep and submit financial returns to account for their Direct Payments. Applicants should have:

An aptitude for figure work and numeric skills

Experience of working with and providing information to people with disabilities

An understanding of disability issues and the Direct Payments scheme

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including statutory providers
