The Woburn Suite : Morgan Room   Seats 50 theatre style,  28 around tables.

Hire includes remotely operated ceiling projector, screen, whiteboard, flip chart, and associated laptop

Fully air conditioned, with integral telephone service

The Woburn Suite : Bedford Room Seats 25 theatre style, 16 around tables

Hire includes remotely operated ceiling projector, screen, whiteboard, flip chart, and associated laptop.

Fully air conditioned and integral telephone service

The Woburn Suite : Chiltern Room Seats 18 theatre style, 12 around tables

Hire includes remotely operated ceiling projector, screen, whiteboard flip chart, and associated laptop. 

Fully air conditioned with integral telephone service

The Woburn Suite : Woodside Room Seats 4-6 around tables, with integral telephone service

This room is the smallest of the suite but would be ideal for use as a breakout room.

Alternatively this room would be excellent for interviews or small meetings

The Upper Meeting Rooms

Our established Upper Conference Room, benefits from internet access, with projectors, integral telephone servcies, OHP and other media readily available, on request.

A smaller adjacent Meeting Room is also available, which can seat 6-8 people, or act as a break out space to the Upper Confrence Room  

Bookings are taken on a centralized room diary system, which are then confirmed.

A range of refreshments and catering is available on request.
