Moving and Handling

The Disability Resource Centre is pleased to be able to offer Moving and Handling courses for care agency staff and individuals.

 

We provide:

 
  • Training from our in-house trainer
 
  • Introductory courses covering the basics and refresher courses
 
  • Use of hoists - practical sessions
 
  • All training uses the same equipment as supplied by statutory services
 
  • Current Legislation explained
 
  • Timing of courses to suit care agencies
 
  • Reasonable fees
