Pre-owned Equipment

Sometimes it is not feasible or financially possible to buy new expensive equipment. However finding secondhand equipment can be difficiult.

To address this, the Disability Resource Centre operates a 'For Sale' board on which people may advertise items that are surplus to requirements. This is a FREE service to the community and is open to all, but it must be stressed that no responsibility can be taken for the condition of the items as they have not been inspected and the contract of sale is between the seller and buyer. There are usually several scooters, wheelchairs, bathlifts and riser-recliner chairs advertised on the board as well as other items that are no longer required.

So - if you have something to sell, why not try advertising on our board?

And - if you're looking for a bargain, why not try looking on our board!!
