Drop In Day

Every Wednesday is Drop In Day!!

Why not come to view the wide range of equipment available, everything from cutlery to bath aids, walkers to chairs.

We are open between 10 am - 3 pm, no appointment is necessary.

The nature of the day means that we have no control over who may arrive or how long their enquiry may take to resolve.  If you have a complex problem, it may be better to make an individual appointment on another day but we will always try to help.  Please be patient if there is a queue!

The idea is to Try Before You Buy!!  We do not want you to make an expensive mistake.

We provide impartial, independent advice and may be able to suggest something that you had not considered before.  The simplest gadget is often the most useful.  Because we do not sell items ourselves, you can relax and view items without pressure.

Where possible we give you a choice of options and we can direct you to reputable suppliers who will provide you with a good service and offer a fair deal.  We do not tolerate high-pressure salesmen!

All equipment in the Equipment Display Aarea is donated or provided on long-term loan by a wide variety of suppliers and manufacturers  If we do not have the item you are considering, it is sometimes possible for us to obtain it for a short time or to liaise with the company for you.

Been before?  Why not pay us another visit - there is new equipment arriving regularly and you may have overlooked something!
