When can I come?

- Every Wednesday is Drop In Day - visit us without appointment between 10 am - 3 pm
- Private appointments are available on other weekdays for those who have complex needs, want a confidential chat or who just cannot make Wednesdays
- If you want to visit at other times, it is best to contact us first to ensure that someone will be available to assist
- If you are unable to visit us, why not contact us by telephone, letter or email and we will always try to help you
Anything else I should know?

- We are part of the Assist UK network
- We are a registered charity, not a statutory service
- We cover all age groups and all types of disabilities.
- We sell a limited range of small items.
- Anyone can access this service - you do not need to be referred by your doctor or be in touch with a social worker or other professional.
