Every Wednesday is Drop In Day - visit us without appointment between 10 am - 3 pm
Private appointments are available on other weekdays for those who have complex needs, want a confidential chat or who just cannot make Wednesdays
If you want to visit at other times, it is best to contact us first to ensure that someone will be available to assist
If you are unable to visit us, why not contact us by telephone, letter or email and we will always try to help you

Anyone can access this service - you do not need to be referred by your doctor or be in touch with a social worker or other professional.
